A pumpkin-headed scarecrow, accompanied by "Grassquatch" and a skeleton, is gracing an area outside Angel Lawncare welcoming people to downtown California.
Erick Angel, owner of Angel Lawncare, said it took a day and a half to make the scarecrow.
