California Pintos Golf competed in two conference tournaments last week at Southern Boone and Osage.
On Wednesday, at the Southern Boone Classic at Eagle Knoll Golf Course, California finished third place out of 11 overall teams. In the individual competition, Will Boyd continued his standout season by winning first place with a score of 74 (+2). Ayden Howard tied for fourth place with a score of 79 (+7).
California went to the Osage National Golf Club the following day for the Osage Quad against Osage, Linn and Rolla. The Pintos won second place in the team competition and Boyd finished runner-up in the individual competition with a 37 (+1).
The Pintos return to action at the Centralia Quad on Thursday.
