Rear-end collision injures two drivers


Two drivers each received minor injuries early Monday evening in a Cole County crash.

The rear-end collision occurred about 5:25 p.m. on Route C at Millbrook Road, according to a Missouri State Highway Patrol crash report.

According to the report, Camryn C. Paull, 19, of Russellville, was stopped in the eastbound lane of Route C in a Chevrolet Cruze while she waited to turn onto Millbrook Drive. As she waited, a Ford Mustang, driven by Angela D. Hamlin-Eaves, 50, of Cole Camp, rear-ended her vehicle. Both vehicles traveled off the left side of the road and came to rest.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts.

An ambulance took Paull to St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City for treatment.

Another ambulance took Hamlin-Eaves to Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City for treatment.
