The Mane Event Center opens stalls up to Moniteau County

Moniteau County was a dark horse candidate for an equine center but Hannah Kaufman had some horse sense about its communities.

Kaufman, a futurity barrel horse trainer, saw potential in two parcels of land that were once part of High Point Ranch.
