Teachers recognized among other heroes in third annual event

Mid-Missouri knows how to honor its veterans.

It also knows how to respect its first responders, health care workers and teachers.

More than a hundred people gathered in Latham Family Memorial Park for the Moniteau County 4-H Day of Service committee's third annual Honoring Our Heroes ceremony Sunday.
