Contreras-Lopez, 23, of Jefferson City, was arrested March 21 for allegedly possessing a controlled substance (cocaine) and driving with a suspended/revoked license after an off-duty Moniteau County Sheriff's Office deputy reported his erratic driving. He is being held at the Moniteau County Jail on a $5,000 cash-only bond.
