Networking, collaboration has helped the county complete projects while saving money

County now proactive, not reactive

Northern Commissioner Clint Hoellering said it's better to be proactive than reactive.

Moniteau County has come a long way since he was elected four years ago, and is in a position where it's finally proactive -- instead of reactive -- to issues, such as road maintenance.
