With old siding removed, a crew with Rhad Baker Construction added moisture barriers to California City Hall March 12.
The facility, constructed in 2005 by Wisch and Vaughan Construction Company of Jefferson City, did not previously have a moisture barrier and flashing, materials designed to prevent water intrusion into the building.
