Burger to be inducted into Hall of Fame

One member of a prominent family business in California is being recognized for their contributions to their industry.

Morris Burger, of Burgers' Smokehouse, has been selected to join the Meat Industry Hall of Fame in its Class of 2019. Burger, along with five others, will be formally welcomed into the Hall during the induction ceremony, held Jan. 27, 2020, at the OMNI Hotel/CNN Center in Atlanta, Ga.

The Meat Industry Hall of Fame Dinner and Awards Ceremony is an industry-wide celebration that recognizes the top members of the meat, poutry and livestock industries.
