Elevate Fitness Studio has announced a series of events for a busy month of October.
The studio is hosting an October FITGO (like Bingo) challenge to keep clients motivated throughout the month, in conjunction with one time events taking place in the coming weeks. The studio is offering participants a free tank top or T-shirt for earning a blackout by the end of the month.
Elevate will host a Breast Cancer Awareness fundraiser for faithful client Ashley Baker at 3 p.m. Oct. 27. There will be a 30/30/30 style class, with 30-minute barrel/30-minute hi-lo cardio/30-minute yoga. In conjunction with the class, Elevate will be taking donations to help support Baker and her family as she continues her battle with breast cancer.
Finally, Elevate will host a Dance Fit Halloween costume party at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 30. The event will include Halloween-inspired songs and prizes for top costumes.
