An Iberia man was killed in a one-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon in Miller County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show the crash occurred at 3 p.m. on Missouri 17, north of Mt. Zion Road.
Dakota Veasman, 28, was traveling too fast to negotiate a curve in his tractor trailer. He applied his breaks and began to skid. This caused the truck to go off the left side of the road, strike a rock bluff and overturn.
Veasman wasn't wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
