Coronavirus cases in Moniteau County officially eclipsed 100 on Thursday.
The Moniteau County Health Center reported nine new cases of COVID-19 Thursday.
In total, the county has now seen 103 cases of COVID-19 since the start of the pandemic, 24 of which are active. Two people have died from COVID-19 in Moniteau County since the start of the pandemic, and 77 have recovered.
This week's new cases mark the third time since the beginning of July that Moniteau County has seen double-digit active cases added to the county's tally in one week. Moniteau County has added more than 40 new cases so far in July.
