Pair of California students earn academic honors at Iowa State

A pair of California natives earned academic honors at Iowa State University following the spring 2020 semester.

Allee C. Koestner and Cole Schlup, both of California, joined more than 12,500 Iowa State students in their placement on the university's Dean's List. To earn placement on the list, a student must have earned a grade point average of at least 3.50 on a 4.00 scale while carrying a minimum of nine credit hours of graded work.

Both students are in their fourth year at Iowa State, with Koestner studying agronomy and Schlup studying agricultural engineering.
