A Mid-Missouri man was injured early Sunday when he crashed the pickup truck he was driving while trying to elude authorities in Moniteau County.
The Missouri Highway Patrol reported Wyatt D. Hobbs, 21, of California, received minor injuries in the wreck which occurred at 12:48 a.m. on Clarksburg Road at Country Club Road.
The pickup went off the road and overturned as he was fleeing from the Moniteau County deputies and California police, the patrol said.
He was transported by ambulance to Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.
