A Russellville man was arrested after a two vehicle injury accident Monday night in Moniteau County.
Missouri Highway Patrol reports show Erik Blackwell, 27, was arrested for DWI, careless and imprudent driving, no insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.
The crash occurred at 8:05 p.m. on Route A, just east of Barry Road.
Blackwell crossed the centerline of the road and struck a vehicle driven by Emily Garrison, 31, of Russellville.
Blackwell was treated for minor injuries while Garrison and a juvenile male passenger from Russellville in her vehicle were treated for serious injuries. Another passenger with Garrison, Zachary Garrison, 32, of Russellville, was treated for moderate injuries.
