Dorothy S. Seitz

Dorothy S. Seitz, 83, of Centertown, Mo., went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 13, 2019, at her residence. She was born on July 10, 1936, in Cedar City, Mo., the daughter of Orville L. and Helen F. (Eickoff) Colvin, both of whom preceded her in death. She was married on October 2, 1955, in Callaway County to Truman Seitz who also preceded her in death on December 16, 1999. She was a member of the Centertown Baptist Church, the Russellville Lions Club and the Centertown American Legion Auxiliary #531. She loved quilts, antiques and shopping. Survivors include one brother; Jerry Colvin of Holts Summit, Mo.; one sister; Carol Hagenhoff of St. Elizabeth, Mo.; several nieces, nephews and many cousins. She was preceded in death by one nephew: Daniel Hagenhoff. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the Centertown Cemetery. Officiating will be Stephen Bickel. Memorials can be made to the Centertown Baptist Church or the Missouri Baptist Home c/o the funeral home.
