Nancy Ann Schmoele

Nancy Ann Schmoele, age 44, of Tipton, Mo., passed away suddenly on Friday, September 13, 2019, at her home. She was born September 11, 1975, in St. Louis, the daughter of James Schmoele Sr. and Patricia Ann (Norris) Hytla. She attended Tipton High School. Nancy was a mother, housewife, waitress at several restaurants in Tipton and also worked at Fasco Motors in Tipton. She had an infectious smile and extreme determination in life. She was deeply loved by everyone that knew her. She also had a great love for animals, especially her dogs, Peanut and Blue. Nancy is survived by her step-father, Donald Hytla of Tipton; two sons, Billy Petree of Tipton and Dalton Petree (Kylie), and granddaughter, Isabella, of Boonville; her fiancé, Matthew Mannering and his son, Macen Mannering of Latham; five brothers, James Schmoele Jr. (Shina) of St. Louis, John Schmoele of St. Louis, Donald Schmoele of St. Louis, Rodney Malady of St. Louis, Mike Malady of St. Louis; and six sisters, Tammy Whitman of Sedalia, Kim (Malady) Gibson of Tampa, Fla., Laura Malady of St. Louis, Karen Lawson (Lanny Carpenter) of Clarksburg, Deborah Siebert (Brian) of California, and Judy Hytla of California; and 22 nieces and nephews. Nancy was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Ann (Norris) Hytla; her father, James Schmoele Sr.; and three siblings, Kristie Byars, Bruce Malady, and Richard Lee Malady. A celebration of life will be held at the Tipton Cowboy Church, where Nancy and Matthew were baptized, on Friday, September 20, 2019, from 5-7 p.m. A service will immediately follow with Pastor Larry Marriott officiating.
