Linda A. Boehlen, 78, of Clarksburg, Mo., passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2020 at the Moniteau Care Center in California, Mo. She was born on August 14, 1941 in Jamestown, Mo., the daughter of Earl Steiner and Lorene (Wallenmeyer) Steiner, both of whom preceded her in death. Linda was a graduate of Jamestown High School and after graduation she attended Central Methodist University. She was a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and served on the church board. Linda was united in marriage on September 13, 1980 in Jamestown, Mo. to Kenneth Boehlen, who preceded her in death on March 18, 1999. She worked as a bookkeeper at Jamestown Agriculture Services for many years and worked as a secretary for Clarksburg School. Linda loved working outside, showing dogs, watching Cardinals baseball, and most of all enjoyed spending time with her family. Survivors include two sons, Dennis Blank of Tipton, Mo. and Stephen Blank of Clarksburg, Mo.; and one grandchild, Taylor Blank of California, Mo. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Carolyn Sue Dodds and Phyllis Steiner. A private family graveside service will be held at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Officiating will be Bro. Bill Romans.
