Sheila Foley

Sheila Foley, 48, passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020, at St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, Mo. Sheila was born October 9, 1972 in Philadelphia, Pa., the daughter of Al and Sharion Foley. Sheila graduated from California High School in 1991. She was a member of the First Christian Church in California, Mo. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Ronda Mortenson (Allan) of California, one nephew and niece, and her fiancé, Robert Mullens. Shelia was preceded in death by her parents, Al and Sharon Foley of California, Mo. Private Family Service will be held at the Masonic Cemetery of California, Mo.
