Madeline Morris Toler

Madeline (Morris) Toler, 94, of California, Mo., passed away on Saturday, February 29, 2020, at the Moniteau Care Center in California, Mo. She was born on January 7, 1926, in Ashgrove, Mo., the daughter of Warren Cole Morris and Elizabeth (Evans) Morris, both of whom preceded her in death. Madeline was united in marriage to Vincil Roy Toler who preceded her in death on March 13, 2000. She was a member of the Pisgah Baptist Church. Madeline worked as a nursing aid at Tilton Nursing Home, Latham Hospital, Moniteau Care Center, worked for Bixlers Furniture, and Ralston Purina. She enjoyed taking care of her home, animals, and loved spending time with her son. Survivors include one son, Roy Warren Toler of California, Mo. She was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 3, 2020, from 11:00 a.m. 12 noon at the Pisgah Baptist Church. Funeral Service will be immediately following at 12 noon at the Pisgah Baptist Church. Officiating will be Pastor Terry Barnett assisted by Lewis Odneal. Burial will be at the Pisgah Baptist Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Pisgah Baptist Church c/o the funeral home.
