Frank Wayne Knipp

Frank Wayne Knipp, 69, of Tipton, died Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. Survivors include three daughters, Angie Dick of Tipton, Christie Massman of Jefferson City, Katie Dicus of Tipton; life partner, Jackie Lutz, of the home; siblings, Lynn Essary of Jefferson City, Cindy Twenter of Pilot Grove, Dan Knipp of Tipton, Bill Knipp of Tipton, and Nick Knipp of Lee's Summit; and five grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday, February 22 at St. Andrew's Catholic Church, with burial at St. Andrews Cemetery, all under the care of Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Tipton.
