Jack L. Allee, 80, Latham, passed away on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, Mo. He was born on February 2, 1941 in California, Mo., the son of Layton and Delta (Hume) Allee, who preceded him in death. Jack was united in marriage on June 4, 1961, in Tipton, Mo. to Judy Johnson, who preceded him in death on February 26, 2016. He was a graduate of California High School and attended Central Missouri State University. Jack enjoyed an over 50-year career with The Tipton Latham Bank serving in a variety of functions including President and Board Chairman. He was still actively involved with the bank until his passing. He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend to many. He was a member of the Latham Christian Church. Jack is survived by one son, John Allee (Ellen) of Tipton and one daughter, Lori Woratzeck (Erik) of California; two granddaughters, Madeline Kidwell of Boonville and Tori Allee of St. Louis; one grandson, Jake Woratzeck of California; two great-grandsons, Jack and Jude Kidwell of Boonville; one brother, Bill Allee (Sharon) of California; eight sisters, Mary Coleman (Wayne) of Jefferson City, Faye Moser (Mike) of Sedalia, Connie Rosecrans (Chuck) of Huntsville, Ala., Peggy Sullivan (Pat) of St. Charles, Iowa, Brenda Bates (Bill) of Green Valley, Ariz., Sherry Boldt (Terry) of Milton, Fla., Rita Dallmeyer (Mike) of Jefferson City and Lisa Krueger (Curt) of Phoenix, Ariz.; two sisters-in-law, Nancy Miller (Pete) of Tipton and Norma Allee of Columbia; many nieces and nephews; and honorary great-grandson, Channing Watson - Woodruff. In addition to his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by his brother, Gary Allee, and his parents-in-law, Charles and Lucille Johnson. A private family Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at Flag Springs Cemetery. Officiating will be Jim Randall. No visitation will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the California Veterinary Clinic (rescue account) or the Gary L. Allee Memorial Scholarship Fund, in care of the University of Missouri at www.giving.missouri.edu/allee. Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services.
