David Kelsay

David Kelsay, 69, of California, Missouri passed away Thursday, July 21, 2016 at California Care Center California, Missouri. He was born on October 31, 1946 in California, Missouri to Kenneth and Ethel (Gunn) Kelsay. David graduated from Tipton High School in 1964. On March 11, 1967 David was married to Paula Hackney at First Baptist Church in California. He was a custom harvester throughout the mid-west for many years. Later he worked as a farm machinery mechanic. His last ten years he operated a road grader for Moniteau County. David is survived by: his wife Paula Kelsay of the home; his mother Ethel Kelsay of California; a sister Jill Kelsay Rich(Fred)of Warrensburg; children Kim Kelsay Bolin of California and Susan Kelsay McPeak(Mark) of Ballwin and grandchildren Austin Bolin and Madden and Quinn McPeak. His father preceded him in death. The family will receive friends at Windmill Ridge Funeral Chapel on Saturday, July 23, 2016 from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM. Funeral services will be at 3:00 PM on Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Windmill Ridge Funeral Chapel with Mr. Jack Bowlin officiating. Interment will be at California City Cemetery .
