Fay Rains

Fay Rains, 82, of Sandy Hook, passed away on Sunday, January 26, 2020, at the River City Nursing and Rehab in Jefferson City. She was born on January 6, 1938, the daughter of the late John Henry Ousley and Velma Mae (Coots) Ousley. Survivors include five sons, Mike Pearson Sr. of Tipton, Jeff Pearson of Tipton, Billy Rains Sr. of Tipton, Bobby Rains Sr. of Tipton and David Rains of Tipton; 13 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren. A private family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Service, California, Mo.
