Janet Ruth Dueber

Janet Ruth Dueber, 60, of California, Mo., passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021. She was born January 31, 1961, in Jefferson City, the daughter of Richard Lee and Alma Belle (McFarland) Chambers, both of whom preceded her in death. She graduated from California High School in 1979. She was a lifetime member of California First Baptist Church. She lived her life true to her faith, was involved in several Bible Study groups, and cherished the fellowship within those groups. She spent her career of 35 years working at Longfellow's Garden Center. Janet saw God's beauty in all the world, from something as small as a bee to the grandeur of a sunset. She was so proud of her children and grandchildren. It gave her great joy to see them grow and succeed. Janet is survived by her husband, Randal Treece Dueber, of the home; children, Angel Geiser (Kenneth), Warren Kasper (Melissa), Rachel Talbott (Jeff), and Justin Dueber (Kayla); grandchildren, Taylor Ratcliff (Dylan), Jordon and Lauren Belle Geiser, Ben, and Lily Talbott, and Jaylen and Lawson Dueber; sister, Mary Lee Schreck; niece, Miranda Fox; nephews, Matthew and Michael Schreck; several other nieces and nephews; and Ziggy The Cat. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021, 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at Windmill Ridge Funeral Service. Funeral Ceremony will be held on Saturday, November 13, 2021, at 11:00 a.m. at Windmill Ridge Funeral Service, with Rev. Jeremy Anderson officiating. Interment will follow at California City Cemetery.
