Jose Luis Cardenas

Jose Luis Cardenas, 46, of California, Mo., passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at the University of Missouri Hospital. He was born on July 8, 1975, in Michoacan, Mexico the son of Eloy Cardenas and Angela Medina Cardenas, who survive. He was united in marriage to Guadalupe Villa Gomez Cardenas, who survives of the home. Jose worked as a flower farmer in the state of California for many years. He was of the Catholic faith. Jose loved soccer, detailing his truck, fishing, and spending time with his family. Survivors include two sons, Jose Cardenas (Diana Herrera) of California, Mo. and Eric Cardenas of the home; one daughter, Berenise Cardenas of the home; two brothers, Eloy and Noe; seven sisters, Angela, Aracely, Claudia, Maria Elena, Sara, Lilia, and Angelica. He was preceded in death by one brother, Pedro Cardenas. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at the California Annunciation Catholic Church. Burial will be at the Annunciation Catholic Cemetery in California, Mo. Memorials are suggested to The Family of Jose Luis Cardenas, c/o the funeral home.
