Lady Pintos capture wins on the road

California's varsity girls basketball team was on the road last week, where the Lady Pintos captured wins against Eugene and Southwest.

The Lady Pintos defeated Eugene 56-44 Thursday night.

"The girls did a great job battling through adversity going to Eugene and avenging a previous loss to the Lady Eagles," California Coach Bobby Sangster said.

Elle Miller led California with 15 points, followed by Sydney Deeken with 12. Kaitlyn Allison, Holly Wolfrum and Kirstyn Roush each added eight points.
