The Moniteau County Commission held a preliminary budget hearing for the 2011 budget Thursday, Jan. 6. As a part of the hearing, County Clerk Anita Groepper reported the 2010 revenues and expenditures for all county funds. Groepper reported no significant increase in revenues.
