The California High School Boys Basketball Camp for grades 4-6 was held last week (June 13-16) at the high school, where approximately 30 boys attended.

The camp was directed by CHS Head Boys Basketball Coach Blair Scanlon, who was assisted by CHS Freshman Boys Basketball Coach Derek Sommerer and senior basketball players Alec Ramsdell and Nate Caudel.

Scanlon said the camp focused mostly on fundamentals, however, "We threw in some fun stuff so the boys didn't get bored. We did some dribbling relays and 3-on-3 and 5-on-5 scrimmages. It was a good camp."
