The Prairie Home School Class of 2011 Graduation ceremony was held Sunday, May 15, in the school gymnasium, where 12 seniors walked across the stage to recieve their diploma, signifying the end of one chapter of their lives, and the beginning of another.

PHS Alumnus Kelly Odneal, who was the salutatorian of his graduating class at PHS, served as the commencement speaker and encouraged the graduates to step out of their comfort zone.

"Putting yourself in an uncomfortable situation or circumstances is a way to challenge yourself," Odneal said. "We've all experienced that throughout our lives and you will need to continue to put yourself in those situations where you're not comfortable, to stay challenged."
