Prairie Home Lady Panthers lose to Otterville

Prairie Home hosted Otterville Tuesday, Sept. 13, where the Lady Panthers suffered an 18-2 loss to the Lady Eagles in three innings. Hannah Stone recorded the win with six strikeouts.

Otterville led 6-2 after one inning and 14-2 after two innings. The Lady Eagles added four runs in the third inning to wrap up the win.

Brooke Emmerich and Kohlie Stock led Prairie Home hits with a single and one RBI each. Krista Small also contributed a single.

"Jessie (Kennedy) struggled on the mound, so we brought in Kendra Stinson and Krista Small," Prairie Home Coach Kris Stodgel said. "Krista pitched pretty well, but Kendra also struggled. We are just having a hard time with our pitching, since our two starting pitchers are unable to play.
