The Lady Pintos hosted Blair Oaks Monday night for California's Senior Night and the last games of the regular season, where the varsity girls captured their fourth consecutive conference title as they defeated the Lady Falcons 51-38 to finish the Tri-County Conference 4-1, in a tie with Eldon.

The win is California Head Coach Bobby Sangster's 100th with the Lady Pintos.

"It's been a great five years," Sangster said.

California started the night off with a 14-9 lead after one quarter, however, the Lady Falcons trailed by just one at the half, 22-21. The lead changed hands several times in the second quarter and Blair Oaks led 23-22 at the start of the third, however, California's Kaitlyn Allison and Sydney Deeken were key in making sure the Lady Pintos got the lead back and California outscored Blair Oaks 12-3 in the third quarter and 17-14 in the fourth to secure the win.

Arkansas Coach Bobby Petrino and his assistants are working on spring evaluations, but they'll have a little time for a summer vacation before the end of June.

"This game played out kind of like our season has," Sangster said. "We started out slow, not playing our best, then we got our offensive rhythm back and just took off."
