Russellville falls to Skyline in district opener

Russellville's varsity boys faced Skyline Saturday in first-round action at the Class 3 District 10 Basketball Tournament at Versailles, where the Indians ended their season with a 66-58 loss. Skyline outscored Russellville 13-10 in the first quarter, 18-11 in the second and 22-21 in the third. The Indians turned up the heat in the final frame to outscore Skyline 16-13.
Levi Kehr, who led the Indians with 29 points and 11 rebounds, scored his 1000th career point during Russellville's final game. Levi Anderson followed with 11 points and nine rebounds.
