At approximately 11:25am today 7/18/2012 a lone gunman entered the Mainstreet Bank in Prairie Home. He was a black male, approximately 5'10" to 6'0", mid thirties, average build. He wore blue jeans, a dark blue pull over shirt and a dark color ball cap. The gunman also wore sunglasses. He entered the bank and directed the teller to empty the cash drawer. The suspect fled the bank
on foot. Cooper County Deputies are currently investigating the crime.
