The 2012 California World Day of Prayer Ceremony was held Friday, March 2, at California United Church of Christ (UCC). "Let Justice Prevail!," was the theme prepared by the World Day of Prayer Committee of Malaysia. Mary Burger welcomed all to the meeting and gave the opening words. Dolores Burger spoke about the Southeast Asia area where she recently visited.
The Prayer of Thanksgiving was led by members of Salem United Church of Christ (UCC), McGirk. "For the Healing of the Nations" was then sung to the tune of "Guide Me O Thou Great Jehovah," and accompanied by Eileen Crawford on piano.
