The 2013 California High School Courtwarming was held Friday night at the high school, where the Pintos pocketed two wins against Eldon, while Ana Strickfaden and Jason Wolverton were crowned queen and king, and Jasmine Wells and Jaden Barr were crowned princess and prince.

California's varsity boys defeated the Mustangs 54-44. The JVB boys ended a two-quarter game in a tie at 15-15, and the JVA defeated Eldon 50-32.

Halftime entertainment for the evening included a scrimmage by local Special Olympics athletes, and performances by the CHS Cheerleaders and Dance Squad, as well as the CHS Drumline.

Capital Region Medical Center distributed 400 free t-shirts to game attendees.
