Felony drug related charges were filed against two individuals in Moniteau County Court on July 10.

Mark A. Dike, 46, no address given, and Randall Dale Parker, 46, Tipton, were each charged with Class C Felony Possession of Controlled Substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.

According to court documents, an officer responded to a call concerning three people in a car who were asked to leave an address on July 9. About 7:40 p.m. the officer allegedly located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.

Defendant Parker is alleged to have been found in possession of a controlled substance Alprazolam. If convicted on this charge, the defendant could face up to seven years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Bond was set at $15,000.
