Road work

Cole County

• Route B over the Osage River Bridge north of St. Thomas - Bridge rehabilitation work is complete. Occasional lane closures are still possible in order to paint the bridge.

Boone County

• Stadium Boulevard at Interstate 70 - Widening of Stadium Boulevard continues through winter of 2014. Periodic lane closures are possible during the upcoming week for utility work. Motorists are advised to watch for construction equipment and be aware of lane and intersection closures in the work area.

• U.S. 63 between Missouri 22 and Missouri 124 - Roadway resurfacing of the northbound lanes is nearing completion. Installation of rumble strips will take place the upcoming week. One lane is open traffic through the work area.

• U.S. 63 between Missouri 163 and Route AB - Concrete replacement in the southbound lanes will take place Tuesday and Wednesday. One northbound lane and one southbound lane will be open through the work area.

Callaway County

• U.S. 54 over I-70 in Kingdom City - Bridge maintenance in the eastbound and westbound lanes will take place Monday through Wednesday. One eastbound lane and one westbound lane will be open through the work area.

• U.S. 54 Outer Road (Platinum Drive) between Route J and the end of state maintenance - Roadway maintenance will take place Tuesday through Friday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.

• Route HH between I-70 and County Road 220 - Roadway maintenance will take place Tuesday through Friday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.

Camden County

• Missouri 5 bridge over the Lake of the Ozarks at Hurricane Deck - Bridge replacement continues. The new bridge is open to traffic. The contractor will perform general cleanup under the bridge and prepare to start demolishing the old Hurricane Deck bridge over the next several months. The work will have little impact on traffic, except when the blasting takes place. The first blast is planned for early December. Closures of the new bridge are likely during the blast times.

• U.S. 54 over the Niangua Arm of the Lake of the Ozarks, west of Route D - Bridge inspection will take place the upcoming week. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.

Cooper County

• I-70 over the Lamine River, west of Route M - Bridge maintenance in the eastbound and westbound lanes will take place Wednesday and Thursday. One eastbound lane and one westbound lane will be open through the work area.

Maries County

• U.S. 63 between County Road 327 and County Road 519 - Roadside maintenance will take place Wednesday and Thursday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.

Miller County

• Missouri 17 between Missouri 42 and Business Loop 44 in Pulaski County - Roadway resurfacing and widening of shoulders continues. One lane is open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in the fall.

• Missouri 17 between Missouri 52 and U.S. 54 in Cole County - Roadside maintenance will take place Monday, Nov. 18, through Friday, Nov. 22. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.

• Missouri 52 between Missouri 17 and U.S. 54 - Roadside maintenance will take place Tuesday through Friday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.

• U.S. 54 over the Osage River, east of Wood River Road - Bridge inspection in the eastbound and westbound lanes will take place this upcoming week. One eastbound lane and one westbound lane will be open through the work area.

• Route U between Missouri 42 and Route EE - Culvert pipe replacement will take place Tuesday through Friday. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.

• Route Y at Route W - Roadside maintenance will take place Tuesday through Friday, Nov. 22. One lane will be open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area.

Moniteau County

• Missouri 87 between Route O and I-70 in Cooper County - Roadway resurfacing, widening of shoulders and installation of rumble strips continues. One lane is open, and crews will flag traffic through the work area. The project is scheduled for completion in mid-November.

Morgan County

• Missouri 5 between Missouri 52 and the Niangua bridge in Camden County - Roadway resurfacing, widening of shoulders and installation of rumble strips continues. Occasional lane closures are likely in the work zones. The project is scheduled for completion in early December.

Osage County

• U.S. 50 between U.S. 63 and Route W - Construction of new lanes continues. Much of the work is not expected to impact traffic. The entire project is scheduled for completion in fall 2014.
