Moniteau County 911 board meets

The Moniteau County 911 Emergency Dispatch Board met Oct. 17 and approved the Sept. 12 minutes.

The board approved support for the mapping program by the dispatchers. The support will start Nov.1 for five years for $17,531.25.

Administrator Corey Sullivan reported that he has been in contact with GeoComm about support for the mapping program.

The new dispatchers have been attending classes to complete their certification. Classes have been scheduled for another dispatcher for November and December.

Information has been received about a radio software upgrade. Sullivan wants to plan a console upgrade for the future.

According to the treasurer's report, sales tax received was $65,469.23. The MMDA account balance as of Oct. 15 was $276,745.51. The CD balance was about $71,900 as of Sept. 31.

The total payroll was: Sept. 24 - $8,654.86 and Oct.8 - $8,568.69. Overall payroll taxes were $5,823.34. Total accounts payable approved at the meeting amounted to $9,847.26.

The next monthly meeting is 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 14, at the 911 Center.
