Russellville places second at quad at Osage

The Russellville High School boys' golf team participated in a quadrangular match against Osage, Crocker and New Bloomfield April 15 at Dogwood Hills Golf Resort, Osage Beach, where the Indians posted a team score of 240 to finish in second place.

Russellville was led by Austin Garrison, who shot a 58 individually. Devin Koestner and Levi Anderson followed with 59 each, and Cody Willingham shot a 64.

The Indians participated in the Southern Boone Classic Thursday at Eagle Knoll Golf Club, Ashland, where Russellville placed 15th out of 18 teams with 471. Blair Oaks won the team competition with 346.

Coy Bond led Russellville with 105 individually, to finish 37th out of 85 participants. Koestner finished 46th with 108; Anderson, 66th with 120; Garrison, 80th with 138; and Willingham, 82nd with 143.

Southern Boone's Walker Kesterson was the top finisher with 72.
