Alexander Jenkins, formerly of California, was recently promoted to rank of Captain in the United States Army. He will be taking training courses over the next six months at Fort Sill. Alexander and wife Ashley are 2007 graduates of California High School.
Attending the ceremony in Oklahoma were Daniel and Kerri Jenkins, California, and Janet Waterstradt, Jefferson City.
While in Oklahoma they also celebrated the second birthday of Aric Jenkins.
