Moniteau County 911 board meets

The Moniteau County 911 Emergency Dispatch Board approved sending four to the upcoming MOAPCO/MONENA (Missouri Association of Public Safety Officials and Missouri National Emergency Number Association) conference. Approval to attend the March 16-19 conference at Tan-Tar-A Hotel, Osage Beach, with three nights lodging, was given at the Feb. 12 meeting.

The Jan. 16 minutes were approved.

Administrator Corey Sullivan reported Huber IT has resolved the issue of error at one of the dispatch consoles. Back up for each work station is now in place with them.

Geo-Comm mapping has been updated to 8.1.1. The next step is providing updated information to Geo-Comm to be loaded into the software. Plans are to have it loaded by Feb. 21.

Mid-Mo Ambulance Administrator Lee Kempf spoke to the board concerning dispatch of calls.

According to the treasurer's report, sales tax received was $67,947.78. The MMDA account balance as of Jan. 31 was $332,254.80. The CD balance was about $72,000 as of Oct. 31.

The total payroll was: Jan. 31 - $9,973.96. Overall payroll taxes were $4,341.91. Total accounts payable approved at the meeting amounted to $16,800.05.

The next monthly meeting is 6 p.m. Thursday, March 13, at the 911 Center.
