The annual California Christmas Parade Saturday evening, Dec. 5, with the theme of "Frozen," based on the film of the same name. Starting at the swimming pool, the parade made its way through the city ending at the Courthouse square. First Place in the float contest went to People's Bank of Moniteau County. The Second Place winner was the City of California Water Department and Third Place went to City of California Police Department.
