The three-day California High School Volleyball Camp, conducted by Coach Julie Bailey, wound up Friday, May 22.

The camp was held in the CHS gym following the last day of school, Tuesday, May 19. The sessions began at 8 a.m. and went to 11, each day, giving the young women practice in most of the volleyball moves and actions found in the regular volleyball games, as well as experience playing together as a new team.

Some activities were much like a regular game, while others were one-on-one or two-on-two practice. All of this is meant to ready them to play as a team and know what to expect, as much as is possible in a sporting event.
