At the 2017 Moniteau County Fair, the audience shows enjoyment for the antics of Granpa Cratchet, as he and his helper, Clem, do some remodeling on the home of Granma. The show was presented each day Aug. 8-11.

Granpa Cratchet performed for four days, entertaining young and old with his antics at the Moniteau County Fair.

The story line is that he is doing some remodeling of the home of Granma, with Clem taking care of replumbing, Granpa taking care of rewiring and both trying to catch the dog Fee Fee, who chewed up the instructions.

The young people in the audience take part, as they help find the leaks in the plumbing, and enjoy the excitement when Granma hits the circuit breaker to restore power (with sparks and smoke) to the wrongly-rewired home.
