The trial of Travis L. Clark, 22, of California, has been set to begin July 31. The trial is to be held in the Moniteau County Circuit Court, with Judge Kenneth Hayden presiding.
Clark was charged on June 8, 2016, in the shooting death of a Tipton man. He faces trial on a Class A felony charge of second-degree murder and a charge of Class D felony unlawful use of a weapon.
