New 911 software ready for use

At the meeting of the Moniteau County Emergency Dispatch Board July 12, Executive Director Kevin Wieberg advised the board that the QA software has been installed and training has been completed.

He said the staff has been doing an excellent job and making tremendous improvements. He also informed the board that he is working on the ACE application and Text to 911.

There was discussion regarding professional development conferences, the dispatcher chairs, and the proposed by-laws.

The treasurer's report indicated sales tax received was $87,155.23. As June 30, MMDA account balance was $554,444.98. The CD's balance was $236,219.13. Accounts payable was $31,307.56 on June 11.

Bills were approved in the amount of $2,396.45. Payroll for June 23, 2018, totaled $15,916.15 and payroll for July 7, 2018, totaled $15,713.92.

The next two regular monthly meetings were set for 6 p.m. Aug. 15 and Sept.20.
