A contract has been awarded to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission to E and C Bridge to replace the Missouri 179 bridge over the Petite Saline Creek, located south of Wooldridge. The contractor submitted a bid of $1,416,118.
Replacement of the bridge is to begin this summer and completed in the fall. The road will be closed when work begins. Once a start date is set, the Missouri Department of Transportation will inform the public about the project.
