Bob Rugen, manager of MFA Agriservices in California, has worked for MFA for over 35 years and has served at the California location for over 21 years. Rugen graduated from Central Missouri State University, Warrensburg, with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Agribusiness and worked for MFA right out of college.
