Frederick A. Rank Jr., 38, California, has been charged in Moniteau County Court with Class C Felony Possession of Controlled Substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana.
According to Court documents, he was alleged, on Sept. 27, to have been in possession of a substance which tested positive for methamphetamine. He allegedly claimed it was salt.
If convicted on this charge, the defendant could face up to seven years in prison and a $5,000 fine. Bond has been set at $10,000.
